Played Sergeant Benton
John made an un-credited appearance as a Cyberman in the 1967 Doctor Who serial The Moonbase and as a Yeti in The Web of Fear before making his first appearance as then-Corporal Benton in The Invasion in 1968. The Web of Fear was, incidentally, the serial that introduced Benton's commanding officer Brigadier Lethbridge-Stewart. Lethbridge-Stewart and UNIT were featured heavily in early 1970s Doctor Who and the promoted Sergeant Benton also became a regular
Nick Courtney
The Brigadier of UNIT
Nicholas Courtney portrayed Bret Vyon in The Dalek Masterplan in 1966 and went on to take the part of Colonel Lethbridge-Stewart in The Web of Fear in 1968. His character was promoted to Brigadier and went on to appear up until 1989 with Sylvester McCoy and then again in the Sarah Jane Adventures in 2009

Appears in David Tennant's final two episodes of Doctor Who The End of Time part 1 & 2.
Actor and comedian Lawry has appeared in Grange Hill, and has been a regular in The Life And Times Of Vivienne Vyle and Touch Me I'm Karen Taylor. He's also performed several times at the Edinburgh Fringe.
