Jim Parrack took on the role of "Hoyt Fortenberry", one of Bon Temps' sweetest characters. Hoyt was best friends with Jason Stackhouse, and lived at home with his mother. Then Hoyt met Jessica, a newly turned vampire staying with Bill, and he wound up standing up to his mother to be with Jess. Parrack has appeared in a number of hit television series including "Supernatural" as the succubus 'Nick Monroe', "NCIS", "CSI", "Close to Home", "Criminal Minds", "Greys Anatomy" and "Monk". His film credits include the 2006 "Annapolis" as 'AJ' alongside James Franco, Donnie Wahlberg and Jordana Brewster; and will be in the upcoming action marine flick "Battle Los Angeles" (2011) alongside Michelle Rodriguez.
